Following a meeting of the participants in the Forum, it was decided that the Action Group Reports, and all other documents, letters and data submitted to the Steering Group, should be available to every parishioner.

However, the considerable amount of paper and expense entailed in producing copies led to some discussion on how the expense and potential waste could be avoided. It was ultimately agreed that the best method of distribution, and at the same save on expense, was to make it available as a download on the La Baguette website.

It was acknowledged that not everybody has access to the internet, but it was also agreed that printed copies would be made available on request.
