La Baguette had an amazing response to the ‘Spot the Difference’ competition in the summer edition – which were still flooding in just hours before the closing deadline. Just about everyone correctly found the seven differences - though interestingly, one entrant bless her, managed to find an extra one!
The competition was sponsored by the Boat House Group. Nigel Godfrey, Group Chairman told La Baguette: “ We were of course hoping for a good response, but never did we imagine that we would get so many entries, 140 in all. We are delighted”.
The draw was held on Tuesday 5th September. The winning entry was drawn by ice rink petitioner, 10 year old Rowan Chateau.
First name out of the hat was Sharon Carter, 12 Don Farm, Les Quennevais who wins a meal for two, courtesy of sponsors, the Boat House Group.
