Q Gardens is largely an environmental project rather than an ornamental garden. However, it will benefit from the planting of additional native species of plants more usually found in domestic gardens, especially berrying trees and shrubs, plus a few decorative ones to enhance its appeal, not just to the onlooker, but to wildlife.
The Q Gardens project has limited funds, and therefore the organisers would be delighted to receive any suitable surplus plants La Baguette readers would be willing to donate to the project.
